veggie egg rolls

I found this recipe for veggie egg rolls, less fat because you bake them. 350 degree oven first cook cole slaw pkg ingredients in 1 tsp oil with salt and pepper and 1tbl soy sauce. then wet wrappers put a tbl of slaw mix in wrapper and fold like an envelope wetting all edges. spray cookie sheet and bake rolls for 20 min. turn and bake for another 10 min or till crispy. for dipping sauce use marmalade,honey,and brown mustard to taste. if you like it sweeter just use a 1/2 tsp of mustard.this is a great compliment to coconut shrimp or any asian dish you create enjoy!
