tonite I made a new york strip deliciouson the grill m/rare and thought i need a sauce. Bernaise was what I chose.so put 1/4 c & 2 tbl white wine and 3tbl tarrogon vinegar & 2tbl minced shallet in a skillet reduce by half. then put 3 egg yolks,1/4 tsp pepper,1/2tsp garlic salt,4tbl fresh tarrogon, in a blender, then add reduced mix and temper butter & egg mix in blender You have to heat butter for at least 1 min in microwave process for 1 min and sauce should look like thin mayo. with an amazing tarrogon flavor sooo good! enjoy ladle this sauce over steak perhap's over noodles delicious
